My only point would be that one has to be careful about the type of protein one is eating… The weight of research evidence shows that consumption of animal protein increases the cancer risk (particularly colorectal, prostate and breast) by quite a considerable margin. Perhaps it may be worth writing an article?

Most of the time I find that my clients are not getting enough protein in the first place. Therefore an increase in their protein intake is great. However as you say, its when its taken to an extreme such as cutting out all carbohydrates and replacing them with more protein, that there may be some danger.
